Who we are
Good Ventures Lab Inc. is a British Columbia corporation operating a portfolio of AI products. This policy applies to the goodventures.ca marketing site. Each product in the portfolio (CloudSwarm, CodeR1, R1, Veritize, DeepTap, RelayGate, RelayOne, Truecom, Wellytic, FrameBright, ActiumStudio, Heroa, ParentProof) has its own privacy policy linked from that product's site. What this site collects
Contact and inquiry form submissions. Name, email address, message, and inquiry type. Stored for correspondence and, if you request it, for follow-up from the relevant product team. We do not add you to a mailing list without explicit opt-in.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage patterns on this marketing site. GA4 may set cookies. We use the aggregate data to improve navigation and content. We do not share GA4 data with third parties for advertising, and we do not enable GA4's advertising features on this property.
Server logs. Standard HTTP access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer). Retained 30 days; used to diagnose technical issues. Not shared except as required by law.
What we do not collect
This marketing site has no sign-up flow. We do not collect payment information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Sub-processors
Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Resend (inquiry form email delivery), Google Analytics (aggregate web analytics). Each operates under applicable data-processing agreements.
Retention
Contact form submissions: 3 years. Analytics data: 24 months rolling, then aggregated. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted to this site by emailing contact@goodventures.ca with subject "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days. EU residents (GDPR), California residents (CCPA/CPRA), and Canadian residents (PIPEDA) have additional rights; we honor all of them.

This site links to individual product sites in the portfolio. Each product operates independently with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from this site.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are posted here with an updated date. We will announce significant changes through the contact address on file where appropriate.
